This company provides a lot of information about their service, writing process, their samples and fees. Personally I do not like excessive information, because it just complicates the process of finding out how the site works. Luckily, they have Resume Process section where you can get all necessary information about the resume writing itself. There is no ordering form. Everything is processed through communication via email. It starts with initial review of your old Resume. After review, site representatives will provide a price for your resume and cover letter if needed.  Then, you have to pay the stated price and fill in the questionnaire. After consultation is finished, the first draft will be delivered. It takes 10 days to receive a draft! Ten, amendments will be provided upon your request. All in all, resume writing process on this particular website is very time-consuming and it is not ok for those who are in a hurry.

Customers can get in touch with this company only by email, phone and Contact us form. I think, it is very inconvenient that they do not have live chat . It would be much easier to discuss requirements for CV/Resume online. One may also find them on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. By the way, LinkedIn icon redirects to Cheryl Cooper account, NCRW, CPRW, MBA. So, as far as I understood, there is only one person who handles all the tasks and orders regarding CV and Resume Writing – Cheryl Cooper. From her LinkedIn account I found out that she is Certified Professional Resume Writer.

When talking about prices, I am seized by shock. They are extortionate! Resume packages starts from $400 per resume for an Entry level.  If you need Thank you letter and LinkedIn profile – be ready that price rises up to $600. The most expensive is Executive Level and it costs $1200. Adding LinkedIn Profile, Thank You Letter and Brief Bio increase price to $1500! I think it is too much. Personally I know the site that offer resume at $99 with cover letter.

Speed

It should be mentioned that resume writing process takes no less than 10 days. There is only one writer that is why it takes so much time for her to create a resume. Before writer starts, you will have to spend some time on consulting. First of all, need to contact website representative and send your old CV for review. Then, you will be asked to provide all personal information and fill out the questionnaire. Of course, the quote will be provided and you should pay.
